If you still have not received confirmation of dispatch, please contact BQ customer service. Remember that the delivery address cannot be changed once the order is out for delivery.
If the order has not yet been sent, please email us at email@example.com to request the cancellation. If the order has been prepared for shipment or has already been sent, you will need to wait until it arrives and then initiate a return via your BQ account or by contacting the customer service.
