Tracking an order
Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to a website where you can check the delivery status.
Changing the delivery address
If you still have not received confirmation of dispatch, please contact BQ customer service. Remember that the delivery address cannot be changed once the order is out for delivery.
Cancelling an order
If the order has not yet been sent, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request the cancellation. If the order has been prepared for shipment or has already been sent, you will need to wait until it arrives and then initiate a return via your BQ account or by contacting the customer service.
